A food intolerance response takes place in the gut, and it occurs when you are unable to properly breakdown the food. This could be due to enzyme deficiencies, sensitivity to food additives or reactions to naturally occurring chemicals in foods. Often people can eat small amounts of the food without causing problems.

The Comprehensive Super Food Sensitivity Test (IgG + IgA 144) is an expanded dual-antibody panel for those who need more coverage. 144 foods screened for both IgG and IgA antibodies — ideal for people with varied diets whose symptoms have not resolved with standard 96-food elimination protocols.

The Super Food 144 panel adds 48 additional foods beyond the standard 96, including specialty grains, exotic fruits, uncommon nuts, and international spices. Each food is assessed for both systemic and mucosal immune reactivity.

Note that the Food Intolerance Check isn't intended for allergies which are specific immune responses which involve IgE antibodies and can cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, skin rashes or rhinitis.
